At Juliette Wellington, we are proud to offer all our customers the benefit of completely free shipping. We handle every request directly from our central warehouse to ensure quality control.

 

Order Handling and Preparation

Our team works from Monday to Friday to process your purchases. Generally, the preparation period ranges from 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation, with dispatch occurring the day after this process is completed. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Furthermore, during periods of high demand, such as sales or public holidays, these timeframes may be slightly extended.

It is essential to carefully check your details before finalising your purchase, as it is not possible to cancel the order once it has been placed. If you need to correct the delivery address, you must email us immediately at info@juliettewellington.com; however, once the parcel has been processed for dispatch, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once the parcel leaves our facilities, the time required to reach its destination will depend on your geographic area. As a general guide, after the initial 1-3 days of logistical handling, the timeframes based on the destination are as follows:

  • Australia and New Zealand: 6 to 10 business days.
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
  • United States: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Canada: 7 to 16 business days.
  • Central America: 10 to 25 business days.
  • Other destinations: 11 to 30 business days.

 

Special Considerations

We wish to inform you that in extraordinary situations of force majeure (such as health emergencies, severe weather events, or similar circumstances), deliveries may experience delays compared to the estimated times to ensure everyone's safety. In some very specific cases, the maximum delivery time can reach up to 40 business days.
